Bananas gives you energy without fats and cholesterol, it is also rich in vitamin c, potassium and manganese.
You can use normal banana slices or frozen ones ( this will make your smoothie thicker). You can use normal milk/ water if almond milk is not available. Use sugarless cocoa powder instead of chocolate syrup(which has more sugar). Peanut butter also gives this healthy smoothie not only health benefits but also tastier. For sweetness, you can add maple syrup or honey.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp sugarless cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk
Instructions
- First add the almond milk in your blender
- Now add banana slices, cocoa powder, peanut butter
- Blend all the ingredients together
- Now pour the smoothie into your smoothie glass or mug
